Mark Nash

In his former life, Mark worked as an actor, director, producer, playwright and teacher for over 30 years, plying his craft from Chicago to Seattle, Minneapolis to Los Angeles, and Louisville, KY to New York City. He holds a BA in theatre from the University of Kansas and an MFA in acting from UC, Irvine. From 2000-2011 Mark served as Producing Artistic Director at Vermont Stage Company.

Mark has performed and directed for Vermont theatre companies such as Northern Stage, St. Michael's Playhouse, Middlebury Actors Workshop, and Vermont Stage. In 2004, Mark created Winter Tales for Vermont Stage, and in 2011, with Patti Casey, adapted the show into Stories for a Winter's Eve for the Old Meeting House in East Montpelier.
